The following are the basic steps in the staging process:
Consultation with Karen & time she spends working on the property: $65/hr*
Rental of furniture or accessories: Variable rates depending on the item, billed on a monthly basis.
Work done by other tradespeople is at an individually negotiated rate. Tradespeople are paid directly by the client.
